Scope of Services (4, 6 or 8 Weeks)

Talk Architecture & Idea Refinement

Clarifying and pressure‑testing the central idea to ensure focus, relevance, and defensibility.

Narrative Development & Story Precision

Shaping personal stories and examples so they serve the idea, not distract from it.

Script Review & Iterative Refinement

Multiple script reviews with written feedback focused on clarity, pacing, audience impact, and TEDx timing.

Special Coaching for “No Notes” Integration of the Script

Delivery Coaching & Presence

Coaching for grounded, authentic delivery including pacing, pauses, and confidence under pressure. Includes video reviews of practice sessions.

TEDx Readiness & Final Integration

Full run‑throughs, readiness assessment, and final refinements so nothing feels rushed or unresolved.

Your Investment

A 4, 6 or 8-week private coaching engagement.
Your specific coaching needs will be determined in our initial discovery call.

50% of the fee is due on signing and 50% before the final session. A payment plan of 2 payments for the balance can be discussed. You are committing to the full fee whatever payment plan you choose.

All sessions will take place over zoom, recordings, transcripts and notes will be provided within 24 hours of each session. All drafts and documents will be placed in a personalized Google Drive folder with resources specific to your needs.

This investment reflects the intensity, personalization, and responsibility of preparing a talk that will live online permanently.
